What we look for:

  • 2+ years of real production experience building automations in n8n (Make is a plus)
  • Solid JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js) or Python, including REST APIs and webhooks
  • Hands-on LLM experience: prompt engineering, choosing models by cost and quality, reducing hallucinations
  • Experience self-hosting on a VPS with Docker, and working with Supabase or PostgreSQL
  • At least one delivered system that automated a full business process for a client
  • Ability to explain your work clearly in English
  • Bonus: voice agents, MCP, CRM automation, OpenRouter or Shopify workflows
